Peace in the midst of the storm
There have been many storms in our lives. But nothing like the storm that is gathering. But, just like the other storms, God will quiet them, and bring peace. He will deliver. He always does. The Christian will have seen His hand all throughout their lives, even the non-believers will have experienced "miracles," "coincidences," and other "unexplainable" events, occurrences and "signs."
Nothing. Nothing happens outside of God's will. What is about to come upon the world is no exception. But it is the fulfilment of all things. The grand finale, the climatic end of His story. The story of salvation and redemption. He will only allow "it" to go so far. I ask you, that as you read the following scriptures, that you try the best you can to not only remember them, but apply them in your walk. Plant them in your hearts. You're going to need them! I pray that this study blesses you, both now and in the future.
He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
Psalms 107:29 KJV
And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
