Meteor STORM - A Warning ⚠

The 6th Seal - meteor storm

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
Revelation 6:12‭-‬14

The Greek transliteration/translation for the word "fell," "fall" shows much greater detail as to what is meant when John says that "the stars of heaven fell."

Strong's Definition: probably akin to G4072 through the idea of alighting ; to fall (literally of figuratively): - fail, fall (down), light on.

This is a clear warning from the Holy Spirit that a storm of meteors is going to hit the earth. And it's going to involve more than just pretty fireworks in the heavenly.

The timing is God's, and not for us to know. But it's going to be devastating on the side of the earth that rotates into the meteor stream.

Other things will happen, either in conjunction with, after or possibly even before this event...another warning that the Holy Spirit has confirmed is that a war, a GREAT war and persecution will also come. I've covered this in the 'sign of the beast' post.

This meteor storm may well be a judgement upon the nations for the war? Many lives will be lost. All infrastructure will be destroyed. Fire will be everywhere. Great, smoldering rocks, hurled from space upon the cities. Many will perish.

Behold clouds from the east and from the north unto the south, and they are very horrible to look upon, full of wrath and storm.
They shall smite one upon another, and they shall smite down a great multitude of stars upon the earth, even
their own star; and blood shall be from the sword unto the belly
2 Esdras 15:34-35

The Great Tribulation

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

The Great Shaking

Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.

The Days of Darkness

And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

This will come after the meteors, and when the cities, trees and grass are burnt up. The atmospheric pollution caused by these events will create a great darkness upon the earth. Temperatures will plunge and any survivors trying to grow food will find it increasingly difficult. Famines and pestilence will abound in this time as foretold by Jesus.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord God , that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:

That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

Shall not the day of the Lord be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?

The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.

And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the heaven, and make the stars thereof dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light. All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark over thee, and set darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord God .

The First Trumpet - Seventh Seal

This event gives us a clue as to where we will be in the Revelation timeline.

And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
Revelation 8:1 KJV

The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
Revelation 8:7 KJV

The 8:7 verse is, I believe, is what is spoken of in Revelation 6:13 - And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

And it continues, with more deep impacts following. These hint at the possibility that the meteors are a tail of a comet. Even 2. Perhaps as the comet orbits the sun, it gets broken up. And we pass through the tail more than once?

And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up. And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Again, these events may occur separately or concurrently.
I just wanted to sound the alarm to those who may not be aware of these coming events.
And especially to those who don't know Jesus Christ as their Saviour!
I urge you, please.
Accept Him into your heart. Confess that He is Lord.
Believe on Him, that even though you perish, you shall live! These events ARE going to happen.
God has established the end from the beginning.
Revelation was given to us, through Jesus to John.
The prophecies are true and certain to occur, just as Jesus is faithful and true. He is the Spirit of prophecy.
God's word will not return void.
Saints.
Heed this warning!
And be ready.
At any given moment, and most likely without any notice - remember, He comes as a thief, in a moment you know not.
It is my sincere prayer, that this has blessed you as you read.
And that your heart is prepared for what is to come.
Fill your soul with Jesus Christ, and NEVER forget Him!
Even when the 'falling away' happens, know that even that is a sign of His soon return!
Do not fall.
Keep the faith.
Stand.
And stay the course.
Endure to the end!
For if He abides in you, and He is greater than he that is in the world, and has overcome.
So shall you!
Be encouraged!
Have good cheer!
Do NOT be afraid!
He WILL be with you!
Even unto the end!
